Instructions for using the State of Florida’s free databases:

FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT – Select “Predators/Offenders Search” for registered sex offenders. Database includes offenders who have completed their sentences or have moved to Florida from another state. Subscribe to Email Alerts or create a map of offenders residing in your neighborhood.

FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS – Select “Supervised Population Search” to research sex offenders currently on probation.This Database shows all felony convictions in the State of Florida, including sex offenses.

Select “Case” search, then “Name” search.  Enter first and last name and set date range as shown.  We suggest a record search from year 2000 or earlier. Toolbar on left will display charges, sentencing, and arrest information.  The “Register of Actions” provides a complete history of the case.
